*Processing time of customized items is 2-4 days then it will be shipped out.

**If you place an order and the system places it into a 'Pending' status, your order CAN'T AND WON'T be completed until the sytem places the order status to 'Approved.' This occurs when your choice of payment is having an issue being validated. If the issue continues, your funds will be released back to you from your bank.
